Customer Review: Do not buy this book. Its most likely you've learnt the exercises at PE class in High School. It dedicates one page on nutrition so good luck getting the abs displayed on the cover.

For those of us who really need help with getting the relative proportions of animals right, this is the best yet. Unfortunately, the selection of animals is somewhat limited, but if it fits your needs, there is none better.
