This is a wonderful instruction-book - the first book which gave a real boost to my ability to paint. I am painting on my spare time and have no opportunity to attend regular lessons.
But moving slowly through this book I feel like finishing one class after another.

Customer Review: This is a required text for a class my daughter is taking. Through Amazon, I was able to locate a new copy at a good price. The book arrived in perfect condition well before the start of her course. This book is definitely a text book and aimed at the serious student.
