Bell or Ornament Wreath- Glue ornaments or large bells to a
styrofoam wreath base. Add a ribbon! (If using glass ornaments, the
wreath will be fragile- use in a place where it is not likely to be
disturbed) the bells, on the other hand, are quite durable, and can be
painted any color or in various metallic shades.
